Was fortunate to watch NDP 08 thanks to Gilbert. I just love NDP the fact that we continued to stay harmonious and united despite the races and religious differences. The songs that they composed for NDP were always intriguing and nice.

First time watching NDP at the floating platform so i was ecstatic about it. The funpack this time round suck big time cos it looked like an ordinary paper bag.this year parade was cool and the performance after which was alright. The fireworks and the black knight were outstanding. During the celebration, it started to rain and this suck as we need to wear poncho that made us sweat like mad.
OK i think i looked better although i'm bald =X

Back from redang trip with my fello sec sch mates. Well, overall the trip is fun and interesting. Gotten a chance to experience snorkelling. Laid on the sandy white beach with crystal clear blue sea.

The journey to redang is around 9 hours + 1hr plus of ferry journey. I had a hard time getting a sleep in the coach even although the we travelled in the night-time. The reason is because the air-con is simply too cold and freezing.

Upon reaching redang island, we were warmly welcome by the laguna beach resort staff. Firstly, we were briefing on the itinery during our trip of stay. After which, we were transported to the resort lobby by tram and a welcome drink is served to us. The drink which tasted like sour plum is said to cure the seasickness. We had to wait until 1pm before we can check in, hence before that we have our lunch at the buffet restaurant. The food they provide is simple sumptous and yummy.

After lunch, we went to take a look at our rooms. To our surpise, we gotten 2 rooms with 4 beds each even though we only had 5 person.

Snorkelling trip at 3pm in deep sea. The first moment of seeing the fishes and coral reefs was rather scary but after a while it starts to get entertaining. Witnessing the natural habitat of the sea with different kinds of fish and coral reefs was an experience never to be miss. We went back to the resort after 2 hours and started lazing in the swimming and the jacuzzi till dinner time.

The dinner food is nevertheless superb and afterwhich, we walked around the beach. Amazingly, the sky was completely filled with stars. The view that can't be capture on camera is seriously beautiful and gorgeous. Next, elaine, pw and horse decided to get themselves a tatoo at a relatively cheap shop. Then, we went to take foot reflexology and this is the first time that all of us tried it. In my opinion, the massage is ticklish and abit of pain involved. I laughed till my tears almost dropped out from my eyes. It is recommended that youngster like us should go for such massage monthly in order to improve blood circulation and relief tiredness.
